Lisa leads Martens & Heads’ business development by coordinating new projects with clients and assisting the company’s Managing Directors in pursuing opportunities in the U.S. and internationally.

Lisa also spearheads research into the global fashion, luxury and retail markets as part of the ongoing development of a comprehensive knowledge base to support the company and its clients in capitalizing on new and existing opportunities around the world. She has a solid foundation in research from her history studies at Yale University, where she specialized in Latin America.  Her international experience includes a year of study in Chile and an internship at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London.

Lisa’s career began in Chicago, Illinois, where she served as the Store Flow and Vendor Coordinator on the Store Design team of Ulta Inc., a multi-brand beauty retailer. Although Lisa had never studied store design or retail practices, she quickly learned about the marketplace and became fascinated by the world of retail.   

Lisa joined Martens & Head in 2007 as Manager of Business Development. In March 2009, she was promoted to Director of Business Development & Search Administration.
