Christina began her search career at CTPartners, a retained executive search firm.  She brings financial and technology recruiting experience to Martens & Heads.  At CTPartners, she was a member of the firm’s Global Financial Services Practice.  Within the Global Financial Practice, she specialized in searches across industry lines for the Chief Information Officer (Technology & Operations) Specialization and Chief Financial Officer Specialization. Having been involved in a variety of senior leadership assignments for leading organizations across the financial industry, she is able to comprehensively and quickly assess talent of candidates to fit specific environments. 

Most recently, Christina was in the Human Capital Management Practice at Goldman Sachs.  At Goldman Sachs, she was responsible for in-house recruiting efforts ranging from the Analyst to Managing Director level. She partnered with internal clients to identify, attract and recruit high caliber, experienced professionals.  While she was involved with recruiting efforts across Finance, her primary focus was on servicing the Operations division at Goldman Sachs.

Christina is a graduate of Wesleyan University, where she majored in English.  Also a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, she is involved with the New York City Alumni Committee.
