Chiara’s career and passion for the world of luxury, fashion and lifestyle started when she first worked aged 16 in a Gucci store in her native Italy as a sales assistant, during the school holidays.

When she enrolled to study Politics and Spanish at the University of Leeds, in her spare time, she started her own bag business. Chiara traveled to Florence Prato, designed her own bags and sold them in London boutiques. 

Chiara moved to London and soon after, discovered search when she joined Fusion Associates in support of one of the firm’s managing partners in the lifestyle, luxury and beauty industries. She then moved to France to work for the firm in Paris.

As European Associate, Chiara’s main focus is now on serving Martens & Heads’ broad range of international clients in Europe. Her Italian heritage, fluency in Italian, English and Spanish and her past years in search experience in the fashion field make her a successful and credible consultant. Chiara joined Martens & Heads in June. 

She is an avid painter, runner and cook. She lives in Paris.
