HOW WE WORK
DAY 1 - SEARCH LAUNCHED
After receiving a full briefing from the hiring manager(s) for your role, our team will begin our research and sourcing methods to identify top talent with the requisite skillset. We take the first two weeks of every project to thoroughly map the market and uncover passive and active candidates, leveraging our network and proprietary database as our primary tools.
After our initial two weeks of research, we will provide you with a status report (long-list) detailing who we have targeted, who we are in active conversations with, who we have rejected, and who is not interested.
DAY 30 - CANDIDATES PRESENTED
By day 30, we will deliver the presentations (short-list) of 3 to 5 candidates. These presentations will include the candidate's CV, full compensation expectations, written references, and a testimonial from the candidate in their own words detailing why they believe they are right for your role. For design candidates, this will also include their digital portfolio.
Due to the fact that we devote a great deal of time and effort during the first 30 days of the search, we have found that 2/3 of our clients are able to hire from the first slate of 3-5 candidates.
DAY 60 - INTERVIEWS CONDUCTED
By day 60, the majority of our clients have completed at least one round of candidate interviews. During this time, we get and share feedback from the candidates and continue to have weekly or bi-weekly conference calls with you to update on the process. As you are interviewing, we continue our process of identifying additional candidates in the event that you need to see additional people.
DAY 90 - OFFER ACCEPTED
75% of our searches are completed within 90 days. During the offer process, we assist in delivering the details to the candidate, and providing you with any important market research to create a compelling offer. It is our goal that 3 months from the day you sign our retained search agreement, you will have selected and signed the successful candidate.
